Ultimate Breakfast Burrito Recipe 🌯
Start your day off right with this hearty and satisfying breakfast burrito, packed with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and wrapped in a warm tortilla. It’s the perfect on-the-go breakfast that will keep you energized all morning!
Ingredients:
6 large eggs 🥚
6 strips of bacon 🥓
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
1/2 cup diced onions 🧅
1/2 cup diced bell peppers 🌶️
2 tablespoons butter or oil 🧈
4 large flour tortillas 🌯
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
Fresh chopped parsley or cilantro for garnish 🌿
Instructions:
Cook the Bacon:
In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Sauté the Veggies:
In the same skillet, add the diced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Scramble the Eggs:
In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs together with salt and pepper. Heat the butter or oil in the skillet over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and cook, stirring frequently, until just set. Add the sautéed veggies to the eggs and mix to combine.
