Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:
500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Olive oil spray

Directions:
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dredge each chicken piece in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Arrange the coated chicken nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with olive oil.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the nuggets are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
