Honey Mustard Salmon
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each fillet generously with the honey mustard mixture, making sure to coat the top evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
