Ingredients:
• 4 lobster tails
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
• Lemon wedges (for serving)
Directions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise.
3. Pull the shells apart slightly and lift the meat to rest on top of the shell.
4. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
5. Brush the lobster meat generously with the butter mixture.
6. Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side up, and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.
