Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
• ½ cup melted butter
• 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup mango puree
• ½ cup passionfruit puree
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Fresh mango slices and passionfruit seeds for garnish
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
