📋 Ingredients:

• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 ½ tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup whole milk
• Cotton candy flavoring
• Pink and blue food coloring
• Cotton candy for garnish

🥣 Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
2. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
3. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
4. Gradually add dry ingredients, alternating with milk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
5. Divide batter into two bowls. Add pink food coloring to one and blue to the other. Mix until colors are well blended.
6. Fill cupcake liners by alternating spoonfuls of pink and blue batter to create a marbled effect.
7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool completely.
8. Frost with your favorite vanilla frosting. Top with small pieces of cotton candy just before serving to prevent melting.
