Crab Legs with Garlic Butter Sauce
Ingredients:
o 2 lbs crab legs
o 1/2 cup unsalted butter
o 4 cloves garlic, minced
o 1 tablespoon lemon juice
o 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
o Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
o Lemon wedges (for serving)
o Salt to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place the crab legs on a baking sheet and set aside.
3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
4. Add the minced garlic to the butter and cook for about 2 minutes, until fragrant.
5. Stir in the lemon juice and Old Bay seasoning. Remove from heat.
6. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the crab legs.
7. Bake the crab legs in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until heated through.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges and additional garlic butter on the side.
