Crockpot Taco Spaghetti
Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 packet taco seasoning
• 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
• 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
• 1 cup water
• 8 oz spaghetti, broken in half
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
• Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the taco seasoning to the beef, following package instructions.
3. Transfer the seasoned beef to the crockpot. Add diced tomatoes with green chilies, tomato sauce, and water. Stir to combine.
4. Break the spaghetti in half and add it to the crockpot, pushing it down into the sauce mixture.
5. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until the spaghetti is tender.
6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top, cover, and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped cilantro, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
