📋 Ingredients:

For the Cake:
o 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2-3 bananas)
o 1 teaspoon lemon juice
o 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
o 1 teaspoon baking soda
o 1/4 teaspoon salt
o 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
o 1 cup granulated sugar
o 1/4 cup sour cream
o 2 large eggs
o 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Cheesecake Layer:
o 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
o 1/2 cup granulated sugar
o 2 large eggs
o 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Frosting:
o 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
o 1/4 cup powdered sugar
o 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings:
o Sliced bananas
o Chopped strawberries
o Pineapple chunks
o Chopped nuts
o Chocolate syrup
o Maraschino cherries

🥣 Directions:

1. Prepare the Cheesecake Layer:
o Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and grease the sides.
o In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
o Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
o Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set. Allow it to cool completely.

2. Prepare the Banana Cake:
o Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
o In a small bowl, mix the mashed bananas and lemon juice. Set aside.
o In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
o In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
o Alternate adding the flour mixture and sour cream to the butter mixture, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Fold in the mashed bananas.
o Divide the batter evenly between the two pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cakes to cool completely.

3. Assemble the Cake:
o Place one layer of banana cake on a serving plate. Spread a thin layer of frosting over the top.
o Carefully place the cheesecake layer on top of the frosted banana cake layer.
o Spread another thin layer of frosting on top of the cheesecake layer.
o Place the second layer of banana cake on top.

4. Frost the Cake:
o In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
o Frost the top and sides of the cake with the whipped cream.

5. Add Toppings:
