Beef Chow Mein Recipe

Ingredients:
For the Beef:
1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
For the Chow Mein:
8 oz chow mein noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper, julienned
1 carrot, julienned
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, chopped
Sauce:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon cornstarch (dissolved in 2 tablespoons water)
Instructions:
Marinate the Beef:
Combine beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cook Noodles:
Prepare chow mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Stir-Fry Vegetables:
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok. Add garlic and onion, sautéing until fragrant.
Add bell pepper, carrot, and cabbage. Stir-fry until just tender.
Cook Beef:
In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil if needed and stir-fry the beef until browned and nearly cooked through.
Combine and Sauce:
