Grilled Lobster Tails

Grilled Lobster Tails
Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions:

Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Using kitchen scissors, cut down the center of the lobster tails from the top to the base, stopping just before the tail fin.
Gently pull apart the shell to expose the lobster meat. Rinse the tails under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
Make the Marinade:
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Brush the lobster meat with the marinade, ensuring it’s well coated.
Preheat the Grill:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
Clean and lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
Grill the Lobster Tails:
Place the lobster tails shell-side down on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
Flip the tails halfway through grilling to ensure even cooking. Baste with additional marinade if desired.
Serve:

Transfer the grilled lobster tails to a serving platter.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
