Crispy Ranch Chicken Tenders 
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken tenders
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray or olive oil for baking
Directions:

Prepare the Chicken:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease with cooking spray or olive oil.
In a shallow bowl, pour the ranch dressing. In another bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat the Chicken Tenders:
Dip each chicken tender in the ranch dressing, making sure it’s fully coated, then dredge it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure the breadcrumbs adhere.

Place the coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the Chicken:
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tenders are golden brown and crispy, and the chicken is cooked through.
For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end of baking.
Serve:
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy them on their own!
