Bacon Ranch Chicken Burritos
Ingredients:
For the Chicken Filling:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup diced green onions
For the Burritos:

4 large flour tortillas
1 cup cooked rice (optional)
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup salsa or pico de gallo
Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Directions:
Prepare the Chicken Filling:

In a large bowl, combine the shredded or diced chicken with the crumbled bacon.
Add the ranch seasoning mix, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and diced green onions. Mix until everything is well combined and coated.
Assemble the Burritos:


Lay out a flour tortilla on a flat surface.
If using, spread a layer of cooked rice in the center of the tortilla.
Spoon a portion of the chicken mixture over the rice (if using), then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, and a spoonful of salsa or pico de gallo.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up from the bottom to form a burrito.
Cook the Burritos:
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place the burritos seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro if desired. Serve warm with extra salsa or pico de gallo on the side.
