Flavorful Hot Chicken Wraps with Melted Cheddar Cheese 
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup salsa (optional)
Fresh lettuce and tomato slices (optional, for garnish)
Directions:

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and golden brown.
Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.
Lay the tortillas flat and evenly distribute the cooked chicken in the center of each tortilla.


Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken, then fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll them up to create wraps.
In the same skillet, place the wraps seam side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until the tortillas are golden and the cheese is melted.
Serve the hot chicken wraps with sour cream and salsa on the side. Optionally, add fresh lettuce and tomato slices for extra crunch.
