Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles

Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles
Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
8 oz spaghetti or lo mein noodles
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Sesame seeds for garnish
Directions:

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, and oyster sauce.
Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with the ground beef, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken slightly.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat them in the sauce.
Stir in the green onions and red pepper flakes (if using).
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
