Cowboy Butter Lobster Tails 
Ingredients:
4 lobster tails, split in half lengthwise
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving
Directions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, parsley, chives, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to create the cowboy butter sauce.
Brush the lobster tails with half of the cowboy butter sauce.
Place the lobster tails flesh side down on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.


Remove the lobster tails from the grill and brush with the remaining cowboy butter sauce.
Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges on the side.
