Ingredients:
• 4 salmon fillets
• 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
 Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
3. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
4. Pour the honey mixture over the salmon fillets, making sure they are well-coated.
5. Scatter pineapple chunks around the salmon in the baking dish.


6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
