Ingredients:
– 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, squid)
– 8 oz pasta of your choice (linguine, spaghetti)
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 cup vegetable or seafood broth
– 2 tablespoons white vinegar
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
