Strawberry Cheesecake Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup dried strawberries, chopped
Pink food coloring (optional)
Instructions:
Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the melted white chocolate mixture and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
If desired, add a few drops of pink food coloring to the mixture and stir until the color is evenly distributed.
Fold in the chopped dried strawberries, ensuring they are evenly mixed throughout the fudge.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 4 hours or until it is firm and set. ❄️
Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut into small squares and serve. 🍴
Enjoy your delicious Strawberry Cheesecake Fudge!
