Creamy Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Mushrooms
Ingredients:
Steak: 1 ½ pounds of sirloin steak, cubed
Butter: 3 tablespoons, unsalted
Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
Thyme: 1 teaspoon, fresh
Mushrooms: 8 ounces, quartered
Cream Sauce: Heavy cream (1 cup), parmesan cheese (½ cup, freshly grated), Dijon mustard (1 tablespoon)
Salt: To taste
Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
Chives: 2 tablespoons, chopped for garnish

Instructions:
Prepare the Steak: Pat steak dry, season with salt, and cube.
Sear Steak: In a hot skillet with olive oil, sear steak until browned, then remove.
Cook Mushrooms: In the same skillet, add butter, mushrooms, and thyme, cooking until tender.
Make Sauce: Add garlic, then stir in cream, mustard, and parmesan, cooking until thick.
Combine: Return steak to the skillet, warming through in the sauce.
Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with chives and serve.
