Cheddar Bay Biscuit Pizza Crust 
Ingredients 
For the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Pizza Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup buttermilk
For the Garlic Butter Topping:
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
For the Toppings (Optional):
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Your favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, etc.)
Instructions 
For the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Pizza Crust:
Prepare the Dough:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
Using a pastry cutter or your fingers, cut in the cold cubed butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese. Add the buttermilk and mix until just combined – do not overmix.
Form the Crust:
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently just until it comes together.
Press the dough into a round or rectangular shape, about 1/2 inch thick, and transfer it to the prepared pizza pan.
Bake the Crust:
Bake the biscuit crust for 10 minutes, or until it starts to set and becomes lightly golden on top.
Add Toppings:

Remove the crust from the oven. If adding pizza toppings, spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese and your desired toppings.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Prepare the Garlic Butter Topping:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and chopped fresh parsley. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the edges of the baked crust for added flavor.
Serve:
Let the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy, garlicky twist on traditional pizza.
