Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs
Ingredients:
For the Cheese Bombs:
1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands refrigerated biscuits (8 count)
8 mozzarella cheese cubes (about 1-inch pieces)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
For the Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs:
Prepare the Biscuits:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate them into 8 individual biscuits.
Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a mozzarella cheese cube in the center. Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal tightly and form a ball.
Bake the Cheese Bombs:

Place the cheese-stuffed biscuit balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
Prepare the Garlic Butter:
While the biscuits are baking, mix the melted butter with minced garlic and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
Coat the Cheese Bombs:
Once the cheese bombs are out of the oven, brush them generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve:
Serve these Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs warm for the best cheesy, melty experience. They make an excellent appetizer or side dish for pasta night.
