Beef Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs
Juicy, savory, and oh-so-satisfying, these Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs are the perfect handheld treat for any occasion!
Ingredients:
– 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dough sheet or rolls
– 1 lb ground beef
– 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
– 4 slices cheddar cheese, cut into quarters
– 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
– 1/4 cup diced red onion
– 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– Optional: sesame seeds, ketchup, and mustard for serving
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Unroll the crescent dough and cut into squares or triangles. Place a spoonful of beef in each, topped with bacon, cheese, tomatoes, onion, and pickles.
4. Gather the dough corners, pinch to seal, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with ketchup and mustard!
