Fried Jalapeños with Brie and Honey Drizzle 
Spicy Fried Jalapeños with Creamy Brie and Honey Delight
Ingredients:
10 fresh jalapeños 
4 ounces Brie cheese, cut into small pieces 
1/2 cup all-purpose flour 
2 large eggs, beaten 
1 cup breadcrumbs 
1/2 cup honey 
Vegetable oil for frying 
Salt to taste 
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) 
Directions:
Prepare Jalapeños:

Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes. 
Stuff with Brie:
Stuff each jalapeño half with a small piece of Brie cheese. 
Dredge and Coat:
Dredge the stuffed jalapeños in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs. 
Fry:
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. 
Fry the jalapeños in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels. 
Drizzle with Honey:
Drizzle the fried jalapeños with honey and sprinkle with salt. 
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
