Chocolate Chip Banana Cookies 
These Chocolate Chip Banana Cookies are soft, chewy, and packed with flavor! With ripe bananas and plenty of chocolate chips, they make the perfect treat for any occasion.
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour 
1 tsp baking soda 
1 tbsp corn starch 
1 tsp salt 
½ cup unsalted butter, softened 
2 ripe bananas, peeled 
1 cup brown sugar 
¼ cup granulated sugar 
2 tsp vanilla extract 
1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips 
Instructions:
 Prepare the Dry Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, corn starch, and salt. Set aside.
 Cream the Butter and Sugars:


In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, ripe bananas, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the vanilla extract until well combined.
 Combine Dry and Wet Ingredients:
Gradually stir in the flour mixture until just combined. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
 Chill the Dough:
Cover the dough and refrigerate it for 30 minutes to firm up.
 Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or lightly spray them with cooking spray.
 Scoop the Cookies:
Use a cookie scoop to portion out the dough onto the prepared cookie sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
 Bake the Cookies:
Bake in the preheated oven for 9-10 minutes, or until the cookies just start to turn light golden brown on top.
 Cool:
Let the cookies cool completely on the cookie sheets before transferring them to a wire rack.
