Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Tomato Soup 
For the Grilled Cheese:
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread (your favorite kind)
2 slices of cheddar cheese (or any cheese you prefer)
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet, add the cheese, then place the other slice on top (buttered side up).
Cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the cheese melts.

For the Tomato Soup:
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
2 cups vegetable broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish

Instructions:
In a pot, heat olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
Add the crushed tomatoes and vegetable broth, then bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Blend for a smooth texture (optional), then season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
