Meghan Trainor has left fans in awe after sharing brand new photos that show off her incredible transformation.
The 31-year-old pop star lit up Instagram this week with snapshots from her glamorous stage look at iHeartRadio’s Wango Tango.
Captioning the post “Pretty little baby,” Trainor received lots of love from her 18.3 million followers in the comments.
One fan gushed: “Am I allowed to like this post 4928x? Asking for a friend,” while another exclaimed, “FULLY OBSESSED.” A third simply said: “Holy mother!!!!! you look stunning!!” and a fourth added: “The hair. The body. The fit. She is a Barbie. So cute.”
But while the praise rolled in, the ‘All About That Bass’ artist has also opened up about the realities behind her physical transformation and how the focus on her body sometimes overshadows her work.
After being honored as a Hitmaker at the Billboard Women in Music Awards, she shared another candid Instagram post addressing the scrutiny she faces.
“Feeling so honored to be recognized… but it’s a little disheartening that so many of the questions (and comments) were focused on my body instead of my music, my passion, or the decade of hard work that got me here,” she wrote. “This is what it’s like to be a woman in the music industry.”
In the same post, Trainor revealed the truth behind her transformation. “No, I don’t look like I did 10 years ago,” she said. “I’ve been on a journey to be the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my kids and for me. I’ve worked with a dietician, made huge lifestyle changes, started exercising with a trainer, and yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my 2nd pregnancy.”
The ‘No’ songstress, who shares two children, Riley, four, and Barry, one, with husband Daryl Sabara, also opened up about how her fitness journey began after a difficult period following the birth of her first son via C-section.

“I was in a really dark place, and I wanted to be in a great place for my son,” she previously told Entertainment Tonight Canada. “I worked [out] every day and challenged myself… I was like, ‘I’m fighting.’”
That fight transformed her mindset, too. “I learned that I do like healthy food, and I learned what portions mean. My brain is so happy when I exercise,” she said.

Earlier this year, the ‘Me Too’ songstress also revealed that she had undergone breast augmentation, a decision she said was influenced by “having two kids, living a healthier lifestyle, and losing weight”.
That boost in self-confidence has even found its way into her music. While performing at Wango Tango, Trainor gave her breakout hit ‘All About That Bass’ a fresh twist to reflect her current self.
Swapping out the original lyric, “Yeah, it’s pretty clear, I ain’t no size two,” she sang: “Yeah, it’s pretty clear, I got some new b**bs / And I can shake ’em, shake ’em, like I’m supposed to do.”

The moment quickly went viral, with some people calling her out, while others applauded her for being real.
But as Trainor has made very clear, her body, her choices – and her lyrics – are all about what makes her feel confident, and true to herself.
