• 1 cup mochiko (sweet rice flour)
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup strawberries, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• Cornstarch for dusting
Directions:
1. Prepare Mochi Dough: In a microwave-safe bowl, mix mochiko and sugar. Gradually add water, stirring until smooth. Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir, then microwave for another minute until the dough becomes thick and sticky.

3. Shape Mochi: Dust your hands and a clean surface with cornstarch. Take a small portion of mochi dough, flatten it, and place a spoonful of cheesecake filling in the center. Pinch the edges together to seal and shape into a ball. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.
4. Chill and Serve: Place the mochi balls on a tray dusted with cornstarch. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
