Ingredients:
• 4 salmon fillets
• 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 lemon, sliced for garnish
• Fresh cilantro for garnish
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Drizzle the honey mixture over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
5. Scatter the diced pineapple around the salmon on the baking sheet.
6. Drizzle olive oil over the pineapple.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
8. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh cilantro before serving.
