β’ 1 lb fettuccine pasta
β’ 1 lb beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
β’ 2 cups heavy cream
β’ 1 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
β’ 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
β’ 2 tbsp olive oil
β’ 2 cloves garlic, minced
β’ 1 cup fresh spinach
β’ Salt and pepper to taste
β’ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Β Directions:
1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the steak: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak slices with salt and pepper. Cook the steak slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.
