Grilled Teriyaki Shrimp Skewers
Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Skewers (soak in water if using wooden skewers)
Instructions:
 Marinate the Shrimp:

In a bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and ginger. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Let the shrimp marinate for at least 30 minutes.
 Preheat the Grill:
Set the grill to medium-high heat.
 Skewer the Shrimp:
Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers.
 Grill the Shrimp:
Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and fully cooked through.
 Garnish and Serve:
Once off the grill, sprinkle the shrimp with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Notes: Serve these delicious skewers with a side of rice or a fresh salad to make it a complete meal!
