Strawberry and Cream Pastries Recipe



Delight in these elegant and scrumptious pastries filled with fresh strawberries and cream, topped with a luscious drizzle. Perfect for a sweet treat at any gathering or a decadent afternoon snack!

Ingredients:

1 package of puff pastry, thawed
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Powdered sugar for dusting
Strawberry sauce for drizzling
White chocolate, melted for drizzling

Instructions:

Prepare the Puff Pastry:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into rectangles. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and puffed. Let cool and then slice each pastry in half horizontally.

Make the Cream Filling:

In a mixing bowl, beat heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

Assemble the Pastries:

Spread a layer of whipped cream on the bottom half of each pastry.
Arrange sliced strawberries over the cream.
Place the top half of the pastry on top of the strawberries.

Decorate:

Dust with powdered sugar.
Drizzle with strawberry sauce and melted white chocolate.

Serve:

Serve immediately or chill until serving. These are best enjoyed fresh!
