Roasted Sausage and Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs of your favorite sausages
2 lbs potatoes, halved or quartered depending on size
1 large onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Vegetables:
