Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza with Crescent Rolls
Ingredients:
For the Crescent Roll Pizza Base:
1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
For the Cream Cheese Glaze:
2 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk (more if needed)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
For the Crescent Roll Pizza Base:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a pizza pan or baking sheet.
Prepare the Dough:
Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into a single layer on the prepared pizza pan or baking sheet. Press any seams together to form one solid dough layer.
Brush with Butter:
Brush the melted butter evenly over the entire surface of the crescent roll dough.
Add Cinnamon-Sugar Topping:
In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture generously over the buttered crescent roll dough.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crescent roll dough is golden brown and puffed.
For the Cream Cheese Glaze:

In a small bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and pourable. Add more milk if needed to reach the desired consistency.
Drizzle the Glaze:
Once the pizza is out of the oven and slightly cooled, drizzle the cream cheese glaze over the top.
Serve:
