Creamy Chicken Tortilla Wraps

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Directions:


Prepare the Sauce: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy. Remove from heat and stir in half of the cheddar cheese.
Mix the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken with the creamy cheese sauce until well coated.
Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a generous portion of the chicken mixture onto the center. Roll it up tightly, folding in the sides as you go. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Bake: Place the wraps seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Pour any remaining cheese sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and golden.
Garnish and Serve: Once baked, let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve warm.
