Butterfinger Reese’s Fudge
Ingredients:
– 2 cups white chocolate chips
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 1 (16-ounce) container vanilla frosting
– 1 cup Butterfinger baking bits, divided
– 1 cup mini Reese’s Pieces, divided
Directions:
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
2. Stir in the vanilla frosting until well combined and smooth.
3. Fold in half of the Butterfinger baking bits and half of the mini Reese’s Pieces.
4. Pour the fudge mixture into an 8×8-inch pan lined with parchment paper, smoothing the top with a spatula.
5. Sprinkle the remaining Butterfinger bits and mini Reese’s Pieces evenly over the top, pressing them slightly into the fudge.
6. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until set.
7. Once set, cut into squares and serve.
