Pizza Monkey Bread
Ingredients:
– 32 oz refrigerated canned biscuits, quartered
– 6 oz pepperoni, halved slices
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
– ⅓ cup melted butter
– 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
– ½ teaspoon garlic powder
– ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
– Optional: Red pepper flakes
– Fresh parsley, for garnish
– Marinara sauce, for serving
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine the quartered biscuit pieces, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and garlic salt.
4. Pour the butter mixture over the biscuit and cheese mixture, tossing to coat everything evenly.
5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared Bundt pan, pressing it down lightly.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
7. Remove from the oven and allow the bread to cool slightly before inverting onto a serving platter.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes, if desired. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
