WOULD YOU EAT THIS LOBSTER RAVIOLI IN A ZESTY LEMON BUTTER SAUCE
Ingredients:
For the Lobster Ravioli (store-bought or homemade):
1 lb lobster ravioli (store-bought or homemade)
For the Lemon Butter Sauce:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth (optional)
2 tbsp heavy cream (optional for extra richness)
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese, grated (for garnish)
Instructions:
For the Ravioli:
Cook the Lobster Ravioli: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lobster ravioli and cook according to the package instructions (usually 3-4 minutes for fresh ravioli). Drain and set aside, keeping the ravioli warm.
For the Lemon Butter Sauce:
Make the Sauce: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the Lemon and Wine: Stir in the fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and white wine (or chicken broth). Let the mixture simmer for 3-4 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together and the sauce to slightly reduce.
Optional Creamy Touch: If you prefer a creamier sauce, stir in the heavy cream and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss the Ravioli: Add the cooked lobster ravioli to the skillet and gently toss to coat each piece in the lemon butter sauce.
Serve:
Garnish and Serve: Transfer the ravioli to serving plates, drizzle with extra sauce, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve hot with a side of crusty bread or a fresh green salad.
Helpful Tips:
Add Extra Seafood: For a heartier dish, add sautéed shrimp or scallops to the lemon butter sauce.
Make It Zestier: For an extra punch of citrus, add a bit more lemon zest to the sauce before serving.
