Tender Crock Pot Chicken with Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients:
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed
1 (18 oz) bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, vinegar, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, and garlic powder. Set aside a portion of the sauce for later use as a glaze.
Cook the Chicken: Place the thawed chicken breasts into the crock pot. Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated.
Slow Cook: Set the crock pot to low heat and cook the chicken for 4-6 hours, or until fully cooked and tender.
