Creamy Alfredo Chicken Wings

Creamy Alfredo Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
2 pounds chicken wings, split and tips removed
1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
While the wings are baking, prepare the Alfredo sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Add the dried Italian seasoning and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the wings and toss until they are well coated.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
