10 BAKING TIPS
1. Add a little water/Milk to your White/Buttercream to give it a smooth consistency
2. Beat your eggs until foamy to get a large volume cake
3. Dip your palette knife/Buttercream smoother in hot water before use. It gives your decoration a smooth finishing.
4. As a beginner, use your index finger to support the tip of your pipe bag so you can control the movement of your hand while piping on buttercream cake.
5. Sift your oil base cake batter before turning it into the cake pan to get rid of lumps
6. Over mixing of white Buttercream can result in dense outcome
7. Dip your Fondant in hot water if its too hard like rock to softened it.
8. Avoid over mixing anything in baking.
9. Over mixed Bread dough result in developing more gluten which can make it hard or tough to chew
10. Over mixing of cake batter result in a dense or an uneven outcome.
