 Ingredients:
• 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
• ½ cup melted butter
• 24 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp dried lavender, ground
• ¾ cup heavy cream
• 10 oz white chocolate, chopped
• Purple, blue, pink, and black gel food coloring
• Extra Oreo cookies and edible glitter for decoration
 Directions:


1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and line a springform pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of the pan. Refrigerate the crust while preparing the filling.
3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and ground lavender.
4. Pour the cheesecake batter over the Oreo crust and smooth the top.
5. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the center is set. Let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly open, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
6. Heat heavy cream until it just simmers, then pour over chopped white chocolate. Stir until smooth, then divide into separate bowls and color each with purple, blue, pink, and black food coloring.
