Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 (8 oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a Mexican cheese blend)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley (optional)
Salsa, sour cream, or guacamole for dipping
Instructions:

Cook the Taco Meat:
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
Add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water to the skillet. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Prepare the Dough:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut the dough into 8 equal rectangles.
Fill with Cheese and Taco Meat:
Place about 2 tablespoons of the taco meat mixture on one side of each dough rectangle.
Sprinkle a generous amount of cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of the taco meat.
Roll and Seal the Sticks:
Roll up each dough rectangle, starting from the side with the filling. Pinch the edges and ends to seal the taco sticks.
Place the sticks seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Butter Topping:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the taco sticks.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve:
Serve the cheesy taco sticks with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole for dipping.
