Starbucks Lemon Loaf
Ingredients:
For the Lemon Loaf
1 ½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
3 large eggs
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon extract
⅓ cup (80ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ cup (120ml) vegetable oil
½ cup (120ml) sour cream or Greek yogurt
Zest of 1 lemon
For the Lemon Glaze:
1 cup (125g) powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your broiler to 350°F (175°C) and oil a 9×5-inch lounge skillet or line it with material paper.
Prepare the Dry Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, heating powder, preparing pop, and salt. Set aside.
Mix the Damp Ingredients:
In a huge bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and mollified butter until smooth and creamy.
Add the vanilla extricate, lemon extricate, lemon juice, vegetable oil, acrid cream (or Greek yogurt), and lemon get-up-and-go. Blend until well combined.Combine Damp and Dry Ingredients:
Gradually include the dry fixings to the damp fixings, blending until fair combined. Be cautious not to overmix.
Bake:
