Beef Teriyaki Noodles

“Beef Teriyaki Noodles.”
Ingredients:
For the Beef Marinade:
1 lb (450g) beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons mirin or dry white wine
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced

For the Teriyaki Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup mirin or dry white wine
2 tablespoons brown sugar or honey
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
For the Stir-Fry:

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup snap peas
2 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Cooked noodles (such as udon, soba, or rice noodles)
For Garnish:

Sesame seeds
Chopped fresh cilantro
Sliced green onions
Instructions:
Marinate the Beef:
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
Add the cut hamburger and blend well to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at slightest 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Prepare the Teriyaki Sauce:
In a little pot, combine the soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, and sesame oil.
Bring to a stew over medium heat.
Stir in the cornstarch blend and cook until the sauce thickens, almost 1-2 minutes. Set aside.

Cook the Noodles:
Cook the noodles agreeing to bundle informational. Deplete and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
Heat the vegetable oil in a huge skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the chime pepper, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add the green onions, garlic, and ginger. Cook for an extra 1-2 minutes.

Cook the Beef:
In a partitioned skillet, warm a small oil over tall heat.
Add the marinated meat and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the meat is cooked through and browned.
Combine Everything:
Add the cooked noodles to the vegetable blend and hurl to combine.
Pour the teriyaki sauce over the noodles and vegetables, mixing well to coat everything evenly.
Add the cooked meat and hurl to combine.

Serve:
Serve the Hamburger Teriyaki Noodles hot, decorated with sesame seeds, chopped cilantro, and cut green onions.
