Lamb Chops over Lobster Mash with Asparagus 
Ingredients:
For the Lamb Chops:
 8 lamb chops (about 1 inch thick)
 1 teaspoon salt
 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 3 cloves garlic, minced
 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Lobster Mashed Potatoes:

2 lobster tails
 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
 1/2 cup heavy cream
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 Juice of 1/2 lemon
For the Asparagus:

 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
 1 tablespoon olive oil
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:

 Cook the Lobster Tails:
In a large pot of boiling water, cook the lobster tails  for 6-8 minutes until the shells are bright red and the meat is opaque. Remove the lobster meat from the shells, chop it into bite-sized pieces, and set aside.
 Make the Mashed Potatoes:
In the same pot, bring the cubed potatoes  to a boil in salted water. Cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the butter , heavy cream , salt , and black pepper . Mash until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the chopped lobster meat and lemon juice . Cover and keep warm.
 Prepare the Lamb Chops:

Season the lamb chops  with salt , black pepper , minced garlic , and chopped rosemary . In a large skillet, heat the olive oil  over medium-high heat. Add the lamb chops and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, add the butter  to the skillet and baste the lamb chops with the melted butter. Remove the lamb chops from the skillet and let them rest.
 Cook the Asparagus:
In the same skillet, add the olive oil  and minced garlic . Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the asparagus , salt , and black pepper . Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the asparagus is tender and slightly charred.
 Serve:
Plate the lobster mashed potatoes  and top with the seared lamb chops . Serve with the sautéed asparagus  on the side. Enjoy this luxurious and elegant meal, perfect for special occasions or when you want to impress!
