Mexicorn and Cheese Fiesta Dip 
This Mexicorn and Cheese Fiesta Dip is the perfect party snack! It’s cheesy, creamy, and packed with the flavor of zesty Mexicorn and green chilies. Serve it warm with tortilla chips for the ultimate fiesta dip.
Ingredients:
1 (11 oz) can Mexicorn (corn with bell peppers), drained
1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional toppings: diced jalapeños, green onions, or cilantro
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).


Mix Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in the Mexicorn, diced green chilies, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
Bake the Dip:
Spread the dip mixture evenly in a greased 9×9 baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the dip is heated through.
Add Toppings:
For a little extra heat and color, top the dip with diced jalapeños, green onions, or cilantro.
Serve:
Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.
