Buffalo Chicken Burger Bonanza

Buffalo Chicken Burger Bonanza!
Ingredients:
Chicken Time:
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cornstarch
Oil for frying
Buffalo Sauce Magic:
1/2 cup hot sauce (Frank’s Red Hot or your favorite)
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tbsp vinegar
Pinch of salt
Burger Build-up:
4 brioche buns, toasted
Blue cheese dressing
Sliced pickles
Chopped lettuce
Sliced onions
How to Whip Up the Fun:

Marinate & Anticipate:
In a bowl, mix the buttermilk, garlic powder, and paprika. Add the chicken thighs to the mix and let them marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight if you’re prepping ahead).
Buffalo Sauce Boss:
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the hot sauce, vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth, then set aside.
Frying Frenzy:
Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C). In a separate bowl, mix the flour and cornstarch together. Remove the marinated chicken from the buttermilk, dredge it in the flour mixture until fully coated, and fry until crispy and golden—about 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Assembly Line:
Toss the fried chicken thighs in the buffalo sauce to coat them in that spicy goodness. On the bottom half of your toasted brioche buns, spread a generous amount of blue cheese dressing. Add lettuce, a buffalo chicken thigh, sliced onions, and pickles. Cap it off with the top bun.
Time to Feast: Serve these mouthwatering Buffalo Chicken Burgers at your next gathering, and watch them disappear in no time! It’s crispy, spicy, creamy, and absolutely irresistible—a burger that’s ready to take center stage at any meal
