Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup water
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup nacho cheese sauce
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
Directions:

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning mix and water to the skillet with the beef. Stir well to combine, and let it simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet until soft and pliable.
To assemble the wraps, spread 2-3 tablespoons of nacho cheese sauce in the center of each tortilla. Top with a portion of the seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced jalapeños if using.
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and add a dollop of sour cream.


Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
Serve the wraps warm, garnished with chopped cilantro if desired.
