 Ingredients:
• 2 pounds chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
• Celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for serving
 Directions:

1. Prepare the Wings: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss wings in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
2. Bake the Wings: Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
3. Make the Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in hot sauce and mix until well combined. Remove from heat.
4. Coat the Wings: Transfer baked wings to a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
5. Serve: Serve the wings hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
